Idea from @vnadot

Tests that can be run with nix flake check, and automatically added in the GitHub/GitLab CI.

Tests may include:

  • file names don't have special chars
  • parsing .db/.dbd/.cmd/.st files using tree-sitter-epics
  • other more complex checks / warnings, for example
    • if using StreamDevice, check that the variable streamErrorDeadTime is set
