Before I deploy a Kubeflow I want to be sure I do have enough

  • Current cluster capacity
  • Sufficient IAM access rights
  • Create requirements documentation in kubeflow.devops.delivery website

During the hub stack configure we could run checks as a hook and in case of failure point user to the documentation kubeflow.devops.delivery on what is required and how to fix the issue

To validate that all checks are good... user will be able to re-run just one hook (not the whole configure checks)
