DIAL hangs if to open heavy conversation (json file size is 39 MB)

What happened?

Import the json which is compressed here:
39mbjson.zip

After import there is loader instead of the chat content

Finally in some time (rather big - have not noticed exact time), the chat appeared on the screen, but still no any reaction on any button

Actual: DIAL hangs, no any reaction on any button
Expected: DIAL should work

Note: Artsiom merged the change: request.body > 64 mb => response.status = 413
