What happened?

The issue is reproduced for prompts and for chats

1. Create a chat
2. Move the chat via Move to in context menu -> New folder
3. Note that Pinned conversations is expanded automatically, but new folder is not -> bug

Expected: folder also should be expanded
Note:
If to move a chat/prompt into already existed folder is should not change its' state, be collapsed or expanded, as it was
