[Overlay. Events] New conversation is created if to click on "Set dark theme and new model" in overlay sandbox though the chat with history is selected

What happened?

1. Run Overlay sandbox -> Login
2. Open 'Conversation list' panel and select any conversation with history ->
3. Click on Overlay configurations -> "Set dark theme and new model" button
4. Note that the theme is set to Dark -> ok
5. But new conversation is created immediately -> bug

Expected: no new conversation should created. The chat with history should stay with it's our model selected.
Note: new modelID is set for new conversation -> ok
