[Publication][Admin view]: request with many attached files is freezed after Approve button click

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
there is chat with many attached files (10 or more)

Steps:

1. by user create publication request for the chat
2. by admin open publication request
3. review request's content
4. back to publication request
5. click Approve button -> screen of request freezed for a few seconds ( approve request take 2.05sec)-> bug

Actual result

when approve button is clicked the request screen is freezed for a few seconds , so admin can click more than ones and get error

Expected result

after Approve button clicked , the requests should not be displayed
