[Dropdown]: dropdown list is not closed via 'Esc' key

Description (optional)

After activating the dropdown, the focus doesn't automatically move to the first active item. It is impossible to close dropdown via Esc

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Dropdown component.
2. Use Tab key to navigate to the element and press Enter key to expand it.
3. Try to close it by pressing 'Esc' key.

Nothing happens, the dropdown list is not closed and it causes keyboard trap inside the dropdown list.
(it works as expected only after pressing additional 'Tab' to pass focus into first element inside Dropdown menu)
