There are a couple of active tickets (with pull request) which have been closed in redhat's jira
Those are suggested to be transferred to keycloak discussions
A list with the tickets which need to be transferred is:

• Allow the admin to request existing users to reaccept the new Terms & Conditions
• Terms and conditions - ask periodically to reaccept
• Identity provider mappers do not load the defaultValue of the mapper properties as it's done for client mappers
• Adding a script mapper for SAML Identity provider attributes
• Add extensions to SAML metadata imported by Keycloak
