the data source for env0_project supports hierarchy as outputs

Describe the solution you'd like
Please also add the outputs: hierarchy (list of ids); and parent_project_path to the resource env0_project

@away168 you mean to the data source. Not the the resource. Right?

to the resource. because the user wants to create the resource and then use the project_path later.
