Complete test orders both as a guest and with a signed-in account, with a real email address. On the order confirmation page, click “Yes” to opt in for purchase protection. It should add an option at checkout that allows someone to opt in for google purchase protection.

Kindly enable pop up for your all browser and install plugin, after completing order wait for few seconds and it'll show you pop up on the same screen and press YES then Finish...if you need any help you can comment here anytime :)

You can only make a one time payment and get that complete thank you page to pass the google trusted store test.

There is no need to do two time transaction with login and without login
