CC1310 - Enable Serial bootloader and backdoor pin in CCFG

Having access to ccfg.c would be simply perfect. We are working on a new panStamp board which needs the bootloader and backdoor pin to be enabled by default and this is not the case for the default build provided by Energia. Otherwise, any chance to get a custom ccfg.c build for a variant board?
