Upload instructions still list FTP, not FTPS

Currently https://ena-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submit/fileprep/upload.html still has FTP instructions.

As per the [Ena-announce] mailing list email of 22 June 2020:

1. FTP protocol replaced by FTPS

The FTP protocol used by the webin.ebi.ac.uk will be replaced by its secure extension FTPS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FTPS).

Users who would wish to start immediately using FTPS can do so by connecting to webin2.ebi.ac.uk instead of webin.ebi.ac.uk. Please note that webin2.ebi.ac.uk only supports Webin-N (your submission account name) as the username when authenticating.

On 1st of September 2020:

• webin.ebi.ac.uk will no longer support FTP
• webin.ebi.ac.uk will support FTPS
• webin2.ebi.ac.uk will behave exactly as webin.ebi.ac.uk

When updating the page you can also avoid the current confusing mix of webin.ebi.ac.uk vs webin2.ebi.ac.uk?
