Update the frontend for the logs (samples logs deployment):

  • Split header, navigation etc into components
  • Refactor view logic out of templates, into service
  • Add mock API data for helping further local development

This will make extending the app for more pipelines (Jovian metagenomics, Artic, VCF etc.) easier.

This also adds docker and docker compose support for local dev and production deployment to the cluster

  • Add dockerfiles and docker compose file
