Problem

The purpose of UOR, and means of explaining it's validity is complicated by pre-conceived understanding from years of developing the thousands of abstractions used in conventional data and compute systems.

Solution

Write an "About UOR" page using the original Information Management: A Proposal document from CERN's Tim Burners-Lee as foundational evidence.
