Setup Collections and Admin Sets

As a Repository Administrator, I want to establish Hyrax Admin Set and Collection structures, so that the appropriate permissions and workflows are assigned as content is manually deposited or migrated

Checklist

• Establish one or more Admin Sets to manage a review and approve workflow
• Configure Visibility and Release settings for the admin Sets
• Create a Collection Type (e.g. Library Collection) appropriate for OpenEmory needs
• Create a Collection instance using the Collection type
• Assign appropriate permissions to Admin Sets, Collection Types, and Collections
