Referes to EMMO version: beta-4.0

Issue: We have AmountofSubstance, and Chemical Substance, but Substance itself is not defined as ontological entity, at the same time, the elucidation of chemicalSubstance is actually that of Substance:

Discussion:
@emanueleghedini should substance not be defined as subclass of matter and superclass of chemicalEntity?, e.g, the dictionary of substance is:

a particular kind of matter with uniform properties which agrees with the chemical substance definition (which has the matter represented using molecular entities.

Substance could be an alternative label for Matter.
