Is it possible to use the hotkeys (ctrl-c, ctr-v) with a non-Latin layout?

Hi. Is it possible to use the hotkeys (ctrl-c, ctr-v) with a non-Latin layout? For example, my keyboard has both Latin and Cyrillic layouts. When I use the non-Latin layout, I usually use the shortcut (ctrl-'C', ctrl-'М') and it doesn't work. Is there a way to get egui to copy and paste text regardless of the layout?

*where C is the Cyrillic character next to C(Latin)
*where М is the Cyrillic character next to V
