Wobbly jelly behaviour as shaken main window redraws

Hi all, I love this project and I am really impressed by the egui_demo_app. Well done !!!

One comment regarding performance...

One thing I have discovered and find a little disconcerting is the wobbly jelly-like behaviour of the main window as it re-draws. To see this in action, grab the bottom RHS corner of the demo app main window and shake the corner to resize the main window. The jelly-like behaviour can be seen as (presumably) egui recalculates how to lay out the window.

I note that a C# app I was looking at yesterday did not exhibit this behaviour.

By contrast, this wobbly behaviour is not present when you if you shake the bottom RHS corner of say the Plot sub window or the Code Example sub window. Rather, the window contents remain steady as expected.
