Spritegen wont open

as the title says spritegen wont open i was hoping to try and make a faction but im no artist and i cant seem to get this to work re downloading did not help either.

I believe the current .jar of spritegen is still unupdated, but because files it read are updated, it crashes. The solution for now is to download an old Dominions 5 version of Nationgen and use that instead.
