Problem

With a touchpad, scrolling on the wingpanel-indicator-sound icon/ volume bar to change volume is jerky, because the volume bar increases/ decreases by a large increment only after a distance of two-finger drag exceeds a certain threshold.

Proposal

Allow pixel-perfect scrolling on the icon/ volume bar of wingpanel-indicator-sound
