Multitask bug - Closing windows without permission

I'm just trying Horus version in order to upgrade from Jólnir. But I found a bug which I can't work around.

When I use multi-gesture (three fingers up), I get the multitask view. However, if the mouse pointer matches the position of the windows. My application just closes.

In oder words, I can't use three fingers up, otherwise my apps are closed without permission.

Just to add, if I gesture slow, it doesn't close my app.
