same issue here. seems like only the p2p calls work and as soon as p2p is disabled or a third person joins the call. all video and audio will be terminated and all the participants only see that someone is in the call (no sound, no video, no jvb connection)
I get a lot of colibri-ws errors in the console. but apart from that, doesn't seem to be any more logs.

The solution was to change the service IP. We were using one that was unreachable. Look at the client logs when the third person joins the room and you will see jitsi moving from p2p to jitsi videobridge. That's where it failed because it wasn't able to reach jvb.
