一键部署增加 git commit

写完文章后点击部署，只是 deploy 到 gh-pages 分支上，还是需要把自己的改动推到 master 的吧？不如顺便在部署的页面接受一个 commit message，然后把 git commit、git push 的事也做了？

不过感觉还是有点问题，也可以部署完弄个信息，提醒一下别忘了把改动推 master

mobilists 这个 repo是 organization里面所有人都有 push权限吗？还是说仅 gh-page这个分支对 org的成员有push， master是保护的？ @axl411

都可以推。人人能 deploy，人人能推 master
