Collect unexpected search results

I just opened up http://nusear.ch/ to a completely unoptimized alpha version of our dogfooding app.

Creating this issue to link to from twitter where I'll be soliciting feedback for searches that yield unexpected results so we can take those in to account.

The first hit is a package that hasn't been updated in two years. I would divide the score by the number of weeks since the last update or something like that.
