Feedback on EBT NPM package state #37

The purpose of this ticket is to get feedback on the first implementation of EBT outside of kibana.

That feedback will drive what changes need to occur on the package to make it easier for the next team (autoOps) and any teams that come after that.

This should include having to instrument a dummy logger because the client requires it or where copy-pasting the code was required
