[Feature Request] sort teams by True Skills rank in All Teams section

For events that have no data yet, it would be helpful for scouting to have teams sorted by their True Skill Rank. As of right now, the All Teams page is sorted by numerical order. Adding a toggle near the top or something of like to have these teams sorted by True Skills would allow you to see highly competitive teams based on their previous competitions without having to go through the list of teams manually to find those teams.
