Starts Mailcatcher Before WP Install #4

Mailcatcher is now started before attempting a WP installation, allowing a notification email to be received by the site admin.

This closes #3.

This should make them easier to read, since they contain paths.

Resolves #1. Bedrock will now be installed into the project root, instead of a subdirectory. Also, further normalized paths.

Bedrock Now Installed In Root. Closes issue #1.
