Logging with verbosity

The utility should log with verbosity several verbosity levels. Usually this is done either with a --verbosity=3 level flag or by specifying -v for verbose and -vv for very verbose.

$ rhymes_with cook -vv
   checking if "cook" rhymes with lock: False
