In the latest version of dssrip (1/6/2023, GitHub not letting me see version hash), using remotes install command the process seems to be looking for jar files downloaded to:
C:\projects\dssrip\monolith\jar
which may not exist. Creating this directory path with "lib" and "jar" subfolders, and downloading requisite jars and dll seemed to allow dssrip to install correctly.

Thanks @RossWickham - I meant to capture this in an issue and then thought it was fixed already. Yes, I have encountered this several times on recent installs.
