I was about to get the analog template going and typed make openlane
to set it up. The Makefile complained that OPENLANE_ROOT was not set,
then I set it to my current installation.
The Makefile then totally wiped out the current installation including
all my designs there (which I didn't have backed up yet).

There should be at least a request to confirm this action.
