issues with new style

• menu overlaps logo on certain screen resolutions;
• the logo is too low resolution (it does not look good on 4k screens);
• Safari does not honor <select> formatting and shows it's native drop down, ONLY when there is 1 item in it;
• add link to website on "Documentation" page;

if this doesn't solve it we can always switch to SVG. Done for both eduVPN and LC.

@TanguiC do you have a suggestion for the text on the "Documentation" page, how should the link be called? Where do we link to?

By the way you can test it on https://vpn.tuxed.net/, it is deployed there... Make sure you "hard refresh" the page, as Safari is especially aggressive when caching...
