🐞 Bug Report

This walk-thru needs to be update for V3 for the AddDevice failure due to the fact that the camera-control-device-service doesn't exist so it can not respond.
https://docs.edgexfoundry.org/3.1/walk-through/Ch-WalkthroughDeviceService/

Is this a regression?

Yes, in V2 the AddRequest did fail ??

Description and Minimal Reproduction [REQUIRED]

Follow the walk-thru and you will get a time-out when trying to add a Device.

🔥 Exception or Error

Add device request gets a timeout due to that the camera-control-device-service not actually running.

Hi @cloudxxx8 based on what we've discussed last time( we don't the camera-control-device-service), I think we can remove this entire walkthrough as we have the existing camera-related walkthrough on the docs. This walkthrough is mainly focused on the camera detection. Also, we have the virtual device service walkthrough already.
