Wallet is still configured to use Rinkeby testnet. We haven't yet updated Wallet to use one of the new testnets (e.g. Goerli) since the merge, which means etherscan URLs no longer work and XE-ETH exchange cannot be tested. This should be updated as soon as a new testnet contract is available.
