Repo structure mismatch for TRG 2.03 #34

Description:

The quality gates pipeline is failing due to TRG 2.03.

Current structure:

  • backend/
  • backend/charts/
  • frontend/
  • frontend/charts/
  • local/
  • legal_files...

Solution:

Update to following structure

  • backend
  • charts/
  • charts/frontend/
  • charts/backend/
  • docs/
  • docs/README.md
  • backend

Also add a small introduction to the readme for the docs for now.
