Reduce platform/OS specific description in docs #68

Description

The documentation introduced with #64 contains a lot of specific instructions, that are OS or tool specific. These are for examples:

  • Setup WSL
  • Configure IntelliJ
  • Docker Desktop (payed tools must not be a prerequisite)

This content should either be removed or moved to dedicated documentation files, that will make it clear, that contents are relevant for people looking for system specific setup.
The main documentation should focus on the application itself.
