Description

Add documentation about the dependencies in the in-vehicle stack. In particular, explain the explicit order in which the services need to be started and why

Expected outcome

Users can clearly understand which order the in-vehicle stack services need to be started in and their dependencies on each other.

Basic idea:

  1. Chariott and Mosquitto Broker need to be started first (no preference on order today)
  2. Agemo
  3. Ibeji
  4. Freyja
