Export Target Definition will not include maven dependencies correctly

I have created the following target definition file.

Now when exporting this to a directory using the "Export" functionality. The artifacts included themselves get correctly added to the directory, but they seem not to get included into the resulting artifacts.jar resp. content.jar. Thus loading
this p2 repository from remote does not provide the resp. maven artefacts as being available.
