This is a 0.49 issue, not 0.48. The breaking change didn't go into 0.48, and won't go in until there also a fix.

I think this is affecting the JITServer nightly tests. Log from https://hyc-runtimes-jenkins.swg-devops.com/job/Test_openjdk17_j9_extended.system_ppc64le_linux_jit_Personal/1070/, but it's causing SharedClassesAPI_0 to fail on all platforms because it can't find liblibsharedClasses.so.so
