This was fixed by PR #40

This is working when self-hosting but not when using the install image so re-opening. Something to do with plugin loading perhaps?

When Eclipse first comes up the view is not there but if I do a reset perspective (Window > Perspective > Reset) then the view is there. Or if I close the perspective and re-open it the view is there. So it is something to do with the Java EE perspective being the default perspective.
