mod_google: event not handled if element already has click event handler

On a page that uses the google click event trigger via class (class='ga'), the GOOGLE mod event handler will not fire - just the page's event handler.

Workaround is the page developer can trigger the GOOGLE method to fire on the page's click handler, but we should make this module automatically handle it.
