Change namepspace OpenTokSDK.Api -> OpenTok #1

OpenTokSDK namespace has been eliminated from all the other languages, its not just OpenTok.

The Api subnamespace isn't necessary.

Removed namespace .Api in OpenTokSDK

The namespace OpenTokSDK.Api has been removed. However, the namespace
OpenTokSDK still exists because there's the class OpenTok and there
would be compatibility issues otherwise. Related to issue #1
