User must scroll down past all logos to get to screen title and subtitle. Might be fixed by implementing the logo carousel?

Yes, we've mostly got away with this so far because the number of participants is not huge. Moving forward, we need a solution for mobile which reacts to sideways swipes: having buttons to scroll would be even more clumsy that wizzing down. One reason I've not completed the implementation of the scroller (which is mostly ready to go for desktop use) is that I've not really found any solution for mobile that I like.
