Improve the technology for uploading to production site.

• The current git stash/git pull/git stash apply as a way to protect wsgi.py and setting.py is an accident waiting to happen. It will end in tears (as in the production server goes offline!!) if anyone ever commits a new version of either file. Slightly safer would be to copy the files back from a "back pocket" version, perhaps. But I'm sure there's a proper Django way to do it. :-) -- this now done
• Provide some easier way to kick the git pull into life. I'd rather not rely on people knowing my admin password to be able to upgrade the production server.
