incorrect operation of the widget when manually changing the time #3

environment:

iOS version 16.6.1, model name iPhone 11.

precondition:

turn on and unlock the device;
install the widget with the displayed clock in the widgets section.

playback steps:

open settings;
in the settings menu, go to the "basic" tab;
then select "date and time";
turn off the mode automatically;
set a time different from the current one.

expected result:

the time displayed by the device and the widget must match.
