Sadly, Fly.io crashing our Auth instance dwyl/auth#325 has me re-visiting this ...

Prices haven't changed. Just the tiers. And $2/month per 10 GB ($0.20/GB/month)
is a lot more reasonable than $0.75 / GB-month that CloudFlare is charging for D1 #106 ... 💰

Having a "Standby Node" bumps the cost up to $60/month immediately to a minimum of $60/month
