chore: update links on main site from pizza prototype to examples prototype

What

We need to update our links to look at the new prototype, and redirect the whole pizza prototype onwards

Why

The pizza prototype needs work to make it useable across a range of node versions, given the examples prototype already has the examples, its going to be easier to decommission it.

Done when

• document of new links and updated
• pizza prototype fully redirects
• README points to where the new version is

We have a deployed version of the design system site with new links
