feat(extension): support flashing of BDsensor

I have the Bed Distance sensor by markniu https://github.com/markniu/Bed_Distance_sensor and have to compile with the command prompt only. Was wondering if you might could add a selection for it on the main menu like crowsnest and others, so it would be easier to compile and install to the mcu. Thanks.

I'd love to see this added. With it getting harder to find manual install instructions, it would be an ease of life improvement.

Adding it to any of the main install or advanced menus is no option. Im fine with adding it to KIAUH v6 as a community extension though. This will require someone to step up and contribute it. It looks very niche to me.
