Add a health check to the service

we do not need metrics, but a health check

Maybe metrics to all calls to external systems (k8s, git repo, ...)?

Maybe create a new issue with metrics. I think we should focus on Health Checks as a simple way to monitor that Spacegun is up, and have metrics for more insights in v0.2
