"Tedium Helper Needed"

Just installed Tedium 1.0.1 the other day and I keep getting a message "Tedium Helper Needed" with "Tedium needs to install a helper app read and modify Time Machine settings". I've clicked "Install" several times but the message keeps coming back. I'm using OSX 10.7.5 on a Macbook Pro and my 2 Time Machine drives are an afp network share and a local disk, with switching triggered by ControlPlane. I'd appreciate any pointers on what the issue may be.

See if the helper tool already exists in /Library/LaunchAgents or /Library/LaunchDaemons.

There is 'com.dustinrue.Tedium.plist' in /Library/LaunchDaemons. Of course, since I opened the ticket the issue hasn't happened again and the timestamp on the file is right when I opened the ticket. I'll report back if it happens again, but if I don't respond to the ticket in the next week feel free to close it.
