Is gdu's color theme configurable?

If found a couple issues pertaining to colors but nothing on theming.

I have dir_colors, .Xresources, and bash and fish shells configured to use a modified nord theme. However, gdu doesn't appear to use them.

Currently it's only possible to configure the colors of the selected row: https://github.com/dundee/gdu#styling
